#fundsimonkelly This is the tagged post for today. As usual, I will start with a brief outline for those who have not come across the appeal yet. Simon Kelly, aged 37 has been diagnosed with late stage bowel cancer. Until the diagnosis he was completely asymptomatic and in fact only went to have a blood test because of a stomach upset. The test and a subsequent test revealed the full extent of the cancer. He has a wife and three teenaged children. Through Go Fund Me (https://gofund.me/70394f53) he is trying to raise £20,000 for potentially life saving treatment. Along side this I am donating all proceeds from a tagged post once a day, including rewards received in the thread to the fund. I am running this appeal until 31st October and funds will be transferred in the first couple of days of November and marked as donated by the Noise Community. Day 5 of 27 Based on a calculation done just a few minutes ago since Tuesday we have raised $36.15 / £26.39 towards Simon's Go Fund me. Please continue with your hearts as you have been doing. Additionally both @bmjc98 and @PVMihalache have opened wallets dedicated to the fund, for which I am (and Kamilia and Simon are) very grateful I have also dedicated some funds to the campaigh which I will add towards the end of the month.
