Probably the most important life lesson we can ever learn is that while our emotions serve as a great barometer and very often feed our intuition they are not totally reliable or to be trusted. If they were I'd have married the wrong person at least half dozen times before meeting my beautiful wife who is perfect for me. So if they are so unreliable why do we trust them to define our confidence. Our confidence should flow from our competences, skills and experience. A nice simple illustration could be if you are a driver. Just because you feel down or low does it mean that suddenly you can't drive - no of course not. Again this is connected with my own training resources that are also related to validation and confidence building , but not linking to respect the new Noise rules. Don't kill your emotions but don't 100% rely on them either #Business
