Just posted this in response to somebody asking about how to use the SmartBCH function if having probs with the QR code if you dont have the ability to QR scan. use the copy option (little graphic) to get your code. LEAVE THE DIALOGUE WINDOW OPEN. Go to your BCH (Exchange / Wallet) and choose send and add the address you have just copied and the amount you wish to send and press send. You will see then that the DIALOGUE WINDOW is now processing and it should only take a few seconds,. Job done
