MamaRah and BabyRah have gone for a walk. Home alone and in need of some rest. Don't know if it is the weather, but everything aches today. I feel 3x as heavy as normal. MamaRah had a good night's sleep and a bit of a sleep in this morning so at least she is somewhat rejuvenated
