A fundamental misunderstanding that many corporations have is that integration meetings must both be FUN and serve the over all purpose of the team dynamic (building closer relationships etc) and it should never feel like a bind or obligation. Covid aside if I want to go for a beer I have friends for that (and yes I know colleagues can be friends too but then the point is not integration it is pure enjoyment) Again from my own training resources from my business #Business
