So in the end I managed to add 3874 words to my draft. I have no idea how I found the time but once I get going it just flows. Of course this is the first draft and it might not survive but i got it down and that's the main thing. Being able to type proficiently certainly helps as my fingers can just about keep up with my mind. Hope you have all enjoyed my different Noise today and I hope to see you tomorrow.

You work man! >D Keep up, and keep up motivating me as well... I've just checked out> about one year ago I started to play around with writing as well... but not as focused (I'm still lack the discipline) as you are. And as I see your great leaps forward through the Noise... Im motivated to do my part as well. So yeah... keep up, and all the best wishes! >D
I think it is an act of discipline. A bit of inspiration works but then it is a case of getting down to the hard grind. Being a proficient typist (as discussed yesterday) definitely helps.
Yes, I'm quite comfortable with typing... thankfully... but first I need to write on pen and paper... at least the concept, plot or just a character... otherwise I just type endlessly and when I run through it to edit.... well, remains 3-4 lines.... but that's progress I think... Everything is progress, except doing nothing. So I agree with you 100% > discipline is what makes the words flowing, and the writers writing... Take Care! >D
maybe you are trying to complicate things too much :D my first novel is basically (and I am stretching with this) a love story A long established relationship. I have painstakingly been crafting the characters for about 5 years with a series of short stories. Then I thought what if she cheats? Concept Consequences - I know her character and how she'd react as do I know her partner. Write the scenes including some significant "set pieces" and fill in the details with description and dialogue End game - where do you want it to go and how do you get your protagonists there. Write it Review and redraft until happy. Done
True, and I know I complicate things :D Sounds like an interesting plot! Keep up! ... and thank you! >D
