The three quint-essential qualities that anybody can ever possess to be a valuable member of a workforce are (not necessarily in this order): confidence - to be prepared to step out, give things a go and break new ground humility - to balance your confidence and stay grounded and avoid arrogance teachability - we are never 'complete' and must always be prepared to learn new things. After any ego-crushing experience, this is truth! The beginners mind is the best possible state .... just remember your first day of school, your first day of any sport... Pure Joy and hunger for learning more.
