Fourth bit of advice for today. Scripting Most skilled interviewees are able to take over the interview without the interviewer even realising. Politicians are the experts at this - theoretically - but they are not very good at as they seem to just duck and dive. Have you ever noticed that at times you don't get to share that success story or that experience that showcases your talents to an employer? Scripting is the answer - sometimes there is an easy in when asked 'Is there anything else you'd like to add?' - although usually they say 'ask' which is very different to 'add' Work out what you want to say before your interview. It should be relevant to the job and short and sharp. Weave it into your interview answers as naturally as possible. You will look enthusiastic and confident. Just remember not to go too far as it can come across as aggressive - 'naturally' is the key word, Personal stories can easily be built into an answer as an example make sure it answers the question but also gives more. Look to add value with every word you share. #Business
