Not going to do this on a regular basis, but after a fresh update from Kamila I have decided to do a second tagged #fundsimonkelly post which counts towards the fund raiser. Kamila has just told me he is right now undergoing his fifth set of chemo before undergoing a scan which will be very revealing in terms of future treatment plans. Whatever your faith or non-faith please keep Simon in mind and send him a prayer or some positivity. You will note compared to the previous image of him there is some slight weight loss and having seen people with cancer before this is a concern.
