We've all come across a SWOT analysis when it comes to preparing for a job application but have you ever considered it as a tool for self-development S - Strengths What are you good at? What do you enjoy doing? W-Weaknesses What do you struggle with? What do you hate doing? O-Opportunities - what is coming up? How can you leverage to maximise advantages. Look again at your strengths - how can you take them to the next level T - Threats - what is stopping you? Financial burdens? Heath? Lack of connections. How can I overcome these. And finally remember that you grow your potential by stretching your strengths and not by upskilling your weaknesses. Such upskilling leads to being average at best. Due to new noise rules I am not referencing this, but it is from my own business training methodology which I use extensively with my clients #Business
