So this evening's training delivered to a senior executive of a multi-billion dollar organisation focused on creating a communicative culture in your organisation - facilitate relationship building - create an environment that allows for the casual exchange of information (eg a canteen) - remember relationships are built in the spontaneous and not in the planned - focus on dialogue and not monologue - communication to be effective is not just defined as "top down" - communications strategy requires robust attention rather than lax complacency That's the basic summary :D BTW hope you are still enjoying my new approach to posting, but I am itching to draw a shark again
