So in answer to my teaser last night about how from a certain perspective I "live" in two capitals at the same time it is this. I live in Warsaw (Capital of Poland) and I live on the east side of the River Vistula which is dominated by the huge district of Praga, which is named after Prague (Capital of Czech)
