I noticed that Cointiply have added a new play to earn feature to their services which actually works out fairly well when playing and doesnt require you to play to level 454,399,384 to do so (I am exaggerating but only slightly) Of course the in play games would like payments to progress, but reminds me very much of the Travian model - you dont have to if you dont want to
