So now my third bit of business advice that can be used for recruitment / self development / going for a work promotion When it comes to your CV / Resume redraft it for every application ensuring that it really brings to the front the direct and transferable skills as well as experience that are most relevant to that specifiic job. Don't use a generic one. It will read as wooden. If you feel that your CV / Resume is getting too long consider switching from a chronological format to an Excecutive summary one which is easier to read. Avoid embelishing your CV with company logos etc they only take up valuable space and can even be interpreted as gap filling. #Business
