So far no adverse effects from the flu jab so it appears I am in the clear. BabyRah has been challenging today to say the least so between managing him (complete with poo bomb) and setting things in motion for the fund raiser i am doing at the moment Ive had little time to watch my crypto assets or work on my regular writing including the eco-article that I started yesterday. I still have a 90 minute training session to go - so need a bit of strength, but probably a nap first.
