So at exactly 5pm the air raid sirens sounded over Warsaw today to commemerate the start of the Warsaw Uprising. This is repeated every year but I am torn as to whether it should have happened this year with a war raging next door and Putin having half an eye on Warsaw. i do however honour the fallen of the "Powstanie Warszawkie"

In the midst of everything else going on I forgot to mention that a dead body was found about 100 metres from where we live. It seems that he was a homeless man who had been stabbed. He was later taken to hospiral where he was treated but then discharged under advisement to visit a wounds clinic, which he never got opportunity to. Would he be alive he was kept in hospital? In which case is it murder or medical negligence?…

MamaRah struggled to get Toddl-Rah down last night and I had to ride in to the rescue. Let's see how tonight plays out. One thing I have learnt since having him is to stay humble. Never ever think you have mastered something with a baby because they will (usually immediately) just go and prove you wrong! Tried and tested many times since he was born!

Went to the nearby park today and Toddl-Rah was playing in the fountains got thoroughly soaked and had a great time, but again when he got home he wouldn't go down for his nap.

Toddl-Rah slept 9-6 last night although he was a bit unsettled between 10-12 but trend on the whole continues to improve aside from him going down for his middle of the day naps for the last two days - but today that is MamaRah's responsibility

What a change. Yesterday 32c and baking hot. Little one had fun in a fountain and today it is 20c and rainy. Went out for a brief walk but soon abandoned it due to the weather. Lazy Saturday and hopefully no biting today! BTW trying to go back to my old regime of posting on P0x Monday - Friday but taking weekends off - let's see how it works out.

good morning all. bright and cheery sunday morning here. MamaRah allowed me to have a bit of a sleep in so hopefully my energy levels will be a bit higher than recently

Sleep disaster with Toddl-Rah. He fell asleep and hour too early for only an hour and wouldnt sleep during his usual time so now we have to try to keep him going or we are F------ tonight!

So Toddl-Rah didnt go down for even the slightest of naps after so now we just have to manage him out until his bed time or as close as possible as we can and then maybe a level of normalcy will prevail. Been preoccupied so not too much noise (or anything else) today

Toddl-Rah woke up after three hours and took some time to go back down (but less than expected) . The only problem is now i am awake and havent been able to go back to sleep since. It's now 1.21am - not a time i should be seeing!

Broke 70,000 words today on Novel Number 3 and my last two have come in at just under and just over 110,000 so if that is a guide we're getting close to completion although some chapters have yet to be written and some need expanding.

I am so happy that I made the change and switched my BCH from my Celsius wallet (no brainer there) and it is now sitting on Noise's own embedded wallet. With so much uncertainty about the sustainability of available platforms / wallets it means I can watch it stack up while at the same time wait to decide where to put it. Noise BCH is very much a big part of my asset recovery plan after Celsius!

Very little Noise yesterday. Not a great first day on holiday. Lost my bank card Snapped at my father in law out of pure frustration (of course for MamaRah he can do no wrong) - once sentence with 70% of it being the F-Word Flat in terrible state and spent 2 hours cleaning it. To mark Toddl-Rah reaching exactly 16 months we took him to the sea for the first time and Mama-Rah took him in and they had the time of their lives. After the disasters that came with arriving on holiday two days ago yesterday was a good day. Today hasnt started well though - only this time it's not her mum or dad. "No comment" from this point as it'd be unwise to get into it on a public forum! On a more positive note we are planning to take Toddl-Rah to the sea again :D

Every one has gone to the beach and I have stayed in the holiday flat. Unfortunately I discovered this morning that it is actually painful for me to walk through the dry sand and so I am going to limit myself to a maximum of one beach visit a day. A shame really because yesterday the water was perfect. Guess I have some writing time :D

Steady recovery is gaining pace esp with Toddl-Rah but still got a long way to go to undo the damage caused by my trust in Celsius. Toddl-Rah has no assets in Celsius and is a smaller investment pool as it has another 17 years before he gets his hands on it!

After reading The Tattooist of Auschwitz a couple of years ago I am spending some of my holiday time (especially when I am struggling to walk any distance and the family are out) reading the follow up book / novel - Cilka's journey. Apart from online articles it's the first reading i have done since BabyRah (now Toddl-Rah) arrived.

Although not written yet the final piece for novel 3 and how to work the ending clicked in my mind today and it feels good to know that the ending has come together. I needed a leap to get there and it proved to actually just be a step. Love it when that happens.

1200 words written today and the ending decided so all in all I am very happy with that. Read for the first time in a year and a half. Overall a good day.

Since switching off Noise BCH auto transfers to Celsius I have now added 10% of a BCH to my recovery plan, although I am holding it on Noise's own wallet. The good news is that the B BCH price is relatively suppressed at the moment so while it is only worth about $14 today it could be worth $430 if it gets anywhere near it's all time high and in the mean time I am going to keep stacking it up. Finally got a date for my surgery! Getting my new hip on 17th October On another note MamaRah was unwell last night and we feared the dreaded Covid but she took two tests this morning and they both came back negative.

First Noise of the day as we spent the morning traveling half way back from our holidays where we are going to have a couple of days at the outlaws - err I mean inlaws! Had a drama last night as Toddl-Rah became unwell and distressed so we took him to a local children's hospital that was in a darkened forest that looked like a scene from the beginning of a horror movie! Question to bear in mind is - IS IT NORMAL 1) Due to post Covid restrictions only one parent is allowed into a clinic / hospital with a sick child so of course MamaRah went, but when she came back she gave her dad the full story without letting me know (and that wasnt just the language barrier - and her English is perfect btw) but they raced off knowing with my hip I could barely keep up. 2) This afternoon Toddl-Rah was happily in my arms…

Those of you who have been around for a while may remember that I ran a fundraiser in two parts last October and January #fundsimonkelly? I received a message from his wife Kamila about an hour ago and I am heartbroken to say that at the age of 38 he has passed away leaving Kamila and his three children. Very, very sad :(
