মর্নিং ওয়াল্ক আসসালামু আলাইকুম। শুভ সকাল,,সুন্দর একটা রাত কাটানোর পর আবারো কিছু লেখালেখি নিয়ে হাজির হলাম আপনাদের সামনে।আশা করি সকলে ভালো আছেন,আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আমিও ভালো আছি। আমরা অনেকই সকালবেলা হাটাহাটি করি,কিন্তু আমরা এর সঠিক সময় ও নিয়ম গুলো জানি না। আমাদের দেশের ৭০% মানুষ ডায়াবেটিক্স ও ফ্যাক্ট জনিতো রোগে ভুগছে,যার কারনে তাদের জন্য মর্নিং ওয়াল্ক প্রয়োজন হয়,তাছাড়া সকলের জন্যই মর্নিং ওয়াল্ক উপকারী এতে শরীর সতেজ হয়। তবে এর জন্য সঠিক সময় আছে। আমরা অনেকই ফজরের নামাজ পরে হাটতে নেমে যাই, কেউ কেউ আবার রান করতে নেমে যাই, কিন্তু এটা সঠিক সময় নয় কারন ফজরের নামাজের পর সূর্য উধীত হয় এ সময় সূর্যের একটা লাল রশ্মি এবং বেগুনি রশ্মি পৃথিবীতে আসে,আর এটা সাস্থের জন্য ক্ষতিকর। এই রশ্মির সাথে অনেক পরিমানে রোগ জীবানু প্রবাহীত হয় যার কারনে এই সময় মহানবী হযরত মুহাম্মাদ (স). মসজিদে ইবাদতে মশগুল থাকতে বলেছেন।তারপর এশরাক নামাজ পড়ে ওয়াল্ক এ যেতে হয়। অথবা ফজরের নামাজের আগে যেতে হয় তাহলে আমর এই আলোক রশ্মির রোগ জীবানু হতে মুক্তি পেতে পারি । তাই আমরা সকলে এই বিষয়গুলো খেয়াল করে মর্নিং ওয়াল্কে যাবো ইনশাআল্লাহ। আমার কথা গুলো ভালো লাগলে লাইক কমেন্ট দিয়ে পাসে থাকবেন,ধন্যবাদ সবাইকে।

ঘুমের আগে করনীয় ***আসসালামু আলাইকুম। আশা করি সকলে ভালো আছেন,আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আমিও ভালো আছি। ইসলামিক কিছু কথা বলবো ইনশাআল্লাহ সকলে মানার চেষ্টা করবেন তাহলেই আমার লেখা সার্থক হবে।*** আমরা সকলেই কম বেশি নিদ্রায় যাই। নিদ্রা হলো মানুষের ক্লান্তি অবসানের জন্য মহান আল্লাহ তায়ালা কর্তিক নেয়ামত। রাতে নিদ্রার আগে সকলে খানা খেয়ে নিবেন তারপর একটু রেস্ট নিয়ে সুইবেন, মনে রাখবেন রাতের খানা খাওয়ার সাথে সাথে কেহ শুইবেন না। শুইবার আগে পবিত্র কুরআন শরীফ পড়ে নিবেন এতে অনেক সওয়াব। শুইবার আগে সুরা ইখলাস, সুরা নাস, সুরা ফালাক, আয়াতুল কুরসি পরে শরীর মাসেহ করবেন এতে বদ জ্বীন বা অনিষ্টা থেকে রক্ষা পাবেন। এরপরে সুইবার দোয়া পরে নিবেন। কোনো প্রকার ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স জিনস পএ বিছানায় রাখবেন না বিশেষ করে মোবাইল ফোন, তাহলে আপনার ব্রেইনে আগাত হতে পারে। গুমানোর সময় ডান কাতে গুমাবেন এটা নবীজির সুন্নত,এবং উপুর হয়ে বা বাম কাতে গুমাবেন না এটা সাস্থের জন্য ক্ষতিকর। তাজবিহ পরতে পরতে ঘুম পরবেন তাহলে বাজে সপ্ন থেকে রক্ষা পাবেন। আর ঘুমানোর আগে ১০০ বার উম্মি দরুদ শরীফ পাঠ করবেন, এতে ভাগ্য ভালো হলে সপ্ন যোগে নবীজি (স). এর দিদার হয়ে যেতে পারে। ***আশা করি সকলে বুজতে পরেছেন। আমার কথাগুলো ভালো লাগলে আমাকে সাবস্ক্রাইব করবেন এবং লাইক কমেন্ট করে পাসে থাকবেন।*** ***ধন্যবাদ সকলকে।***

সকালবেলা কুরআান পড়ার ফজিলত। *আসসালামু আলাইকুম।শুভ সকাল। আশা করি মহান আল্লাহর অশেষ রহমতে আপনারা সকলে ভালো আছেন, আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আমিও ভালো আছি।* "***ইসলাম হলো আল্লাহর নিকট একমাএ জীবন বিধান***" ইসলাম হলো একটি পুর্নাঙ্গ ধর্ম।আর এই ইসলাম জানার জন্য গাইড হলো কিরআন শরীফ। পৃথিবীর যত বই আছে সব বই পড়লেও একটা সওয়াব হবে না। কিন্তু এই কুআন শরীফের একটি হরফ পরলে ১০ টি নেকি দেওয়া হয়। আসুন এখন আমরা জানি যে সকাল সকাল কুরআন পরার ফজিলত কি? যে ব্যাক্তি সকালে ফজরের নামাজের পর পবিএ কুরআন শরীফের কিছু অংশ তেলাওয়াত করে তার ঐ দিনের কাজে আল্লাহ তায়ালা বরকত বাড়িয়ে দেন (সুবহানআল্লাহ)। আর যে ব্যাক্তি সুরা হাশরের শেষ ৩ আয়াত পাঠ করে ঐ ব্যাক্তির সকাল থেকে সন্ধা পর্যন্ত সকল অনইষ্ঠা থেকে হেফাজত কারী সয়ং আল্লাহ তায়ালা নিজেই হয়ে যায় (সুবহানআল্লাহ)। *তাই আসুন আমরা সকলে এই আমল গুলো করে আল্লাহর নৈকট্য হাছিল করি।* *ধন্যবাদ সবাইকে।*

Mar is naturally fascinated by beauty but it is difficult to define. Every object of nature has beauty either it is fascinating or not. Even death is beautiful though it is bearful poets and philosophers have analysed much to define beauty. so, truth and beauty are two inseparable object in nature. সকালের কাজ। **আসসালামু আলাইকুম,শুভ সকাল।** ইসলাম একটি শান্তির ধর্ম, ইসলাম সকলকে নৈতিক শিক্ষা দান করে থাকে।এই ধর্ম গ্রন্থে প্রতিটি কাজই মানুষের জন্য সর্বদিক থেকে মঙ্গল ময়।রাসুল (স) সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠে মেসওয়াক করে ফরজের নামাজ পরতেন তারপর এশরাক নামাজ পর্যন্ত বসে থাকতেন এবং এশরাক নামাজ পড়া হলে সকলকে কাজে বেড়িয়ে যেতে বলতেন।আসলে এটা একজন মানুষের হেলথের জন্য অনেক উপকারি,কারন সাকাল সকাল ঘুম থেকে উঠলে মন সতেজ হয়।মেসওয়াক করলে দাত পরিস্কার হয় ও মাড়ি শক্ত হয়। ফজরের ওযু করলে ঘুমের ভাবটা দুর হয় ও শরীর পরিস্কার হয়।ফজরের নামাজ পরলে তাহলে আর বেয়াম এর প্রয়োজন হয় না। এসব বিষয় আমরা খেয়াল করি না, ইসলাম আমাদের জন্য একটা পরিপূর্ণ গাইডলাইন। ***তাই আসুন আমরা সকলে ইসলামকে মনে চলি এবং ইসলাম অনুযায়ী ভোরের কাজ গুলো করেনি।*** আমার কথায় কেহ কষ্ট পেলে ক্ষমা সুন্দর দৃষ্টিতে দেখবেন।আর কথা গুলো ভালো লাগলে ***লাইক, কমেন্ট ও সাবস্কাইব*** করে পাসে থাকবেন যাতে আপনাদের সাথে আরো ভালো ভালো কথাগুলো সেয়ার করতে পারি ইনশাআল্লাহ।
