Wake up in middle of night is often happen to us, maybe because startled, nightmare and other cause. Now i am in this condition, i wake up because very noisy car exhaust. This is very suck for me, it' very hard sleep again if wake up in middle of night. Have you any suggestions? so i can go back to sleep again. #qheer92
