I spend every morning in front of this traditional stove, every day I help my mother to boil soybeans which will be used as ingredients to make tempeh. It doesn't take long, at least three or four hours it's usually done, depending on how much soybeans I have to boil. We only live in a small village and making tempeh is the main source of our family's income, it doesn't make us rich yet, but it can make us live better and we have more time for family. I used to go to work in the city, in search of a better life, but I began to realize that a better life is not with a lot of money, but having more time for family, because when I was sick the first person to worry was my mother. So, now I choose to go back to my little village and fix everything from here. Good morning, enjoy your morning coffee! May all of you have great day!
