I drink ginger in morning, to increase body's immune that is not fit. Maybe because weather is not good so cold virus spreads quickly. Now I'm feeling a cold and sore throat, very uncomfortable, but I prefer to treat with natural, although there are many drugs that can be purchased at the pharmacy, I would prefer to treat with natural way by using ginger or lime which contains a lot of vitamins C. Second glass of ginger today, temporarily avoid coffee so that my body condition is more fit and sore throat gets better soon. This is one of my favorite foods, extra spicy geprek chicken. My wife bought fried chicken and made her own sambal. Very cheap and delicious, for just $1.5 you get four fried chickens. I think making my own sambal at home is better because my wife is very good at making chili sauce, it's very spicy but doesn't hurt my stomach. This is what my wife's fried chicken looks like.
