Literally come on our mind from the word born again is you need to come out again to your mother's womb. But in Christianity the word be "born again" is to born again with Jesus. Baptism is the first know step for you to be born again but you need to baptized whole heatedly,your own decisions not by your parents .That you fully agree and understand that Jesus is our savior and God. Because in John 3:3 Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Now think what's the important of the baptism and born again.
