Humbled and wiser

Humbled and Wiser When confronted,our actions and responses reveal how selfish and self-glorifying we are. Rebukes and corrections may hurt us to the extent we don't wish to get. While these things may beproved to be correct. It is my hope and prayer that as we love and seek each other's good, may we humble ourselves to God and to those who are courageous enough to rebuke and correct us. May we not see them as people whose only desire is to attack and bring us down nor just want to feel good about themselves by confronting us our mistakes and/or wrong motives. Rather, may we be more mindfulof our actions, responses and even our thoughts toward people and most especially toward God. May we always have a mind and heart humble to settle the matter first to ourselves and to our Maker, not afraid nor hesitant of asking for His divine help knowing that He alone can enable us. May we be responsible and accountable to those who are affected by our actions and responses and be reconciled with them in a way that pleases our Maker the most. Lastly, may we be wiser and not do it the next time.
