The Connection

Building and establishing connection with youngsters today and even before, is one of the hardest thing a young youth minister or somebody who has compassion to minister the youth who have wandered off-track should first do in taking action.You can't barge in into their lives and broadcast something you accept to be valid and have them accept to it too. There must first be a connection among you. What's more, connections to be shaped require some serious energy, exertion and fortune. Relationship involves that you trust and have faith in one another, a mutual relationship. A youth minister must be prepared and ready to go extra-mile to know the young's past or story such that it is culpable and judging yet in adoring manner. Willing to spend his/her time with the young by learning things that the adolescent love to do , who he/she invests his/her energy with, the way of life he/she was raised to and his/her own point of view or potentially standards throughout everyday life.
