A lot of Youtubers have been calling for a housing crash and a bubble burst on housing but I haven't really seen that yet especially in stable markets where the value of homes have exploded during the pandemic. They have not even corrected 10% and probably never will. Just like #crypto, don't get your financial advise from random Youtubers!
