When I found out my cream cheese is expired by one week and I did not feel like throwing, I made brownie top with cream cheese. No worries. I had tested the cream cheese, it still tasted great, not spoiled yet. Now the whole house is so fragrant. Gotto wait for this baby to cool down before we can cut and munch. Although, I am not a dessert person, but I can't resist brownie or some type of dessert. Happy weekend, Noisers.
