GETTING OLD SUCKS and SO IS PeriMENOPAUSE !!! 🧓😅😁 hello everyone.. good afternoon.. just got here.. I was not feeling well this morning.. it started when i was feeling cold and was sweating.. then i felt that my head was on a stick and ready to snap.. buti nalang dumating na yung anak ko galing work.. I ask my daughter to massage my back then i felt a sudden rush of cold through my chest and back.. parang ma frozen na yung upper body ko.. nag suot na ako nang hoody and wrap my body with a thick blanket.. but i still felt cold.. so i asked for something hot to drink.. only water with a little salt.. and then i felt a little better.. it really helped.. my back getting warm but my chest still feels cold.. so i have to put a hot water bag on my chest.. under my hoody.. with my body still wrapped with blanket.. haha.. kawawa naman si lola.. and then i fell asleep.. i was awaken with the sound of my alarm clock.. then prepared food for my daughter because she was going to work again.. and that was my day.. alone again.. but not lonely because I have noise.cash and you dear noisemate..💚
