A hard stance reduces the chances of affiliation, if you have ever heard the saying "like water on a taro leaf", your brain will definitely go to someone's character. If you have a strong stance, you will stand on one line without turning, that's why it's sometimes difficult to connect with a program if it doesn't match your wishes. Even though the offer is tempting, strong convictions can break the connection. Standing too hard can sometimes be difficult to socialize with, but is essential in leadership. Money can attract something hard to join but character cannot be sold.
