Hmm, it depends on what type of heartache that comes from. Is it caused by a person who cheated? Naaah, not worth my energy and pain. Because at this point in my life, I'd better have a heartache than a toothache. Having a toothache is hell. Sorry, got carried away lol
It's true, toothache is indeed painful but it won't last long unlike heartache.
