What are those: white balloons in the picture? On December 10, 2012, I flew from Moscow to Mumbai, India. I had a connection in Istanbul and had a chance to go out into the city, walk around and even get a free lunch from the airline. I walked around the overcast city and took a lot of pictures. There were some white spheres in all the pictures that I didn't see in real life. It really surprised me. Now I remembered this and wanted to post more, but I could only do it on the fourth attempt, the photos did not want to load. Who is the photographer, can you tell me what these white orbs are?
