When the sun goes below the horizon, the night bandits come out to hunt. They skitter up the walls, climbing higher and higher, looking for open doors to get something to eat, and then they see my open door and rush in. But then I get in their way and happily photograph them. The bandits are disappointed. To console them, I give them a banana and close the door. In general, it is not recommended to give bananas, because then they become very annoying and come every day. How do you feel about these little bandits? India, Varanasi, 2018

They are only interested in food! But they can steal your camera or cigarettes and trade you for food.

They were running on the roofs of houses in the Indian city of Varanasi. Perhaps they came from the jungle and saw many open doors with fruit on the tables...
