Good morning, I fixed the issue with the online wallet not showing any balance. I logged in from a new browser and clicked create new wallet. Made a note of the seed but this time didn't import it to an external wallet. I went back to my previous browser, logged out then logged back in and imported my new seed which I just created, I can now use the built in wallet to send tips and make payments! works well. If you import the seed to an external wallet then it causes issues with the balance not displaying I have found. I hope this is helpful to some.
