Coinbase just notified me that I can stake my ETH and it will be converted to ETH2, I will earn up to 5% APY but I won't be able to trade them or withdraw until later this year when the upgrade is completed. The ETH2 tokens cannot be sent off the platform either. Just wondering if staking some is a good idea as the coins will be 'locked in' for some time. 🤔
