Some breaking news about regulation of crypto in the United States. Is it possible for crypto to be fully regulated, surely only they can regulate the exchanges. Though if you have heard of 'Chainanlysis' you will know that every Bitcoin transaction is recorded on the blockchain and it is possible to follow the trail and tie transactions to people.
