It is therefore your responsibility to continually behold the Word of GOD as it pertains to good health and as you continue in it you develop the concrete awareness of the Word above your circumstances and your spirit man is strong to super impose the reality of the Word on whatever symptom in your body. As you stay in the Word, your discovery will lead to many discovery including a clean bill of health! Don't get it wrong, we can declare the reality of the good health God had promised us when we are feeling not up to perfect health and that doesn't also mean we won't do what we have to do to stay in good health. We have a part to play even though God's will is for us to stay in good health. Only those in perfect health can carry out kingdom assignments fully and as expected.
