Humans are so slow to learn because they don't like anything challenging what they know and they always delude themselves that they have got everything under wraps without seeking for help. This is why most people won't even read books or read posts because they feel they have the monopoly of knowledge. Reading and learning from others is for us to learn how to avoid mistakes that can be avoided and get things done faster which took others longer. We can make things better if only we can learn.
