Perfect Comeback. Everton hosted Burnley hoping to get the 3 points and they did. It wasn't smooth sailing against Sean Dyche's men who are in desperate need of 3 points as well seeing where they are on the log. Burnley caused Everton all sorts of problems and looked destined to be the one to win the game but a second-half blitz of 2 goals in quick succession dented Burnley's hope and Rafa Benitez's men got a 3-1 win on the night. Burnley went into the first half as the better team with more opportunities to win the game even though Everton rallied around to show some promise and give hope to their home fans. When Burnley scored there was a sense of urgency for them to produce results and the home fans did their part as Everton turned the game around and gave their fans a perfect comeback to win the game.
