No! Go is being offended daily, hourly, every seconds Psalms 7:11  God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. Doctors performing the act of abortion, parents killing their own child, presidents, religion leaders that are betraying their people make God angry. This is what cause earthquakes. Hebrews 12:26  Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. God would shake the heaven and earth one day and he would remove those things that shakes the world because was shaken because of His wrath God is slowly in getting anger, he watches everything we do, he sees us, he sees our iniquities but he's slow to get angry giving everyone change to repent God bring earthquake at a particular place because he want people that will remain at the place to think why did it happen to them People return to God when there is catastrophe, those died is their time to rest because even though there is no earthquake they would still die and it is appointed to man to die once after that is judgement. It is a good effect to those that serve God
