What Was I Up To? The usual, the known, the mundane, the everyday thing… but…. It all adds up!! Prayer I started the day with a prayer and Rosaries. I'm never gonna stop saying this - God in the Day is a Godful Day! 😊 Runs | Walks | Cardio I did a two-and-a-half-kilometer walk today. My staircase regime continues every day. Weights | At Gym | Or Home Today’s workout was at home. 1. Arm curls for the biceps – more reps 2. Hammer for the biceps 3. Triceps – more reps 4. Overhead press for the shoulders – more reps 5. Farmers Walk 6. Squats 7. Stomach Vacuum 8. Crunches and Reverse Crunches Body Weight Exercises | Calisthenics I managed to do the following: 1. Planks 2. Side Planks 3. Skipping-rope 4. Pushup 5. Reverse Pushup Diet | Fasting | Intermittent Fasting It was a regular diet day. Energy Exercises | Ho’oponopono | EFT | Meditation | And more No Ho’oponopono session today.
