Fitness: 23rd September 2022 + A Did You Know Fitness Question **Good Morning** Okay, I couldn't make it four in a row. What am I talking about? Well, I was out running for three days in a row, but the fourth day could not happen. I got late yesterday night, so it was 3:50 a.m. by the time I slept. I still kept my alarm for 5 a.m. I have no clue what happened at 5 a.m., but the earliest I opened my eyes was at 5:45 a.m. It is still a surprise that I managed to wake up that early. It was just two hours of sleep, but since I got up, I went out. That's my thumb rule. Got up, then get out. 😉 So, what did I do today?

Since the run was not possible, I managed to do a five-kilometer walk. It was a brisk walk-cum-run session. I had to be back on time, so I couldn't be slow. The session was cool. It became bright pretty quickly, which was a bit odd. Anyway, once home, I went to service my trusted dumbbells. I think it was my dumbbells that serviced me. I did a healthy number of sets focusing on arms (biceps and triceps), back, and abs. The abs had the maximum number of sets. Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021.
