Fitness: 12th September 2022 + A Did You Know Fitness Question **Good Morning** It was Monday morning without the Monday morning vibes. I got up with the feeling that it was still the weekend. Maybe, it has to do with all the festivals going around in full swing at this time of the year. I love the time of the year starting from September. The festivities continue right up to 31st December. That's the mood that is around, or at least the one I carry. It was a relatively dry day compared to yesterday, so a run was possible. I got dressed and went down in a hurry, lest the rains change their mind. As a precaution, I carried no gadgets with me. It was just me and the incredible nature outside.  How did my day go, then?

I started my run, and before I hit a kilometer, the drizzles started. I was glad I wasn't carrying my mobile or any other gadget. Since it wasn't much, I continued running. I must have done about four kilometers in total. After the run, I had about five minutes of walk to reach home. As I encountered the final stretch before home, that was when the skies opened in full. I was drenched but only at the end. So, that way, I was fine. 😊 Some weight exercises at home followed to make up for nearly two missed days. The focus was on abs and only abs today. I used weights and resistance training for the abs. It was fun but tiring too. Finally, I had a few Ho'oponopono sessions completed, and I was happy that I did. Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021.
