Fitness: 10th July 2022 + A Did You Know Fitness Question **Good Morning** The heavy downpour continues, albeit it slows down in the morning. And that makes it easier for me to go out for a walk. So, it looks like divine intervention works well for me, even in the monsoons. 😊 The best part of the whole thing is that the mornings are darker and way cooler than we experienced just a few days back. That makes the entire experience of the walk even better. Of course, there will be the odd drizzles that could drench you, but that is not a deal-breaker. So, how was my monsoony day today?

The mornings, as usual, started with a walk. I did manage about a kilometer of run, but with the water patches, it was challenging to keep pace. So, all in all, I completed about three kilometers of walk and a kilometer of run. Quite a lovely day if you ask me. At home, the weights helped with the strength exercises. I focused on my arms and abs today. I was thrilled with my abs regime. I spent a good hour only on abs.
