Fitness: 10th April 2024 + A Did You Know Fitness Question **Good Morning** I must admit that it has been a while since I went for a run. My last 21-km was on 25th February and ever since I hadn’t gone out for a run. I did manage a three kilometer once in the last nearly one-and-a-half month, but that was all it. So, I am happy that I went out for the run today. I had been busy with some technique I was working on mastering and now that I am close to it, I thought it was best to start again. Thankfully, even with the minimal exercise and runs, I have been doing quite well health-wise. Thank God! So, how did my schedule look today?
I’ve got to say that I thought I would go out for a walk, and didn’t even know when it changed to a run. But I am glad that it changed to a run. 😊 I managed four kilometer today and was pleasantly surprised that I could do so without much practice or exercise in the recent past. After the run, I walked for two kilometer to cool down. All-in-all it was a great feeling. I will continue with my regular regimes once again. The only difference was the temperature. The last time I ran, it was in the winter but now we are looking at summer. It was still cool, though. I did sweat a lot as compared to my last run in February. Anyway, winding up my morning regime is always complete with Ho’oponopono. Here is my write-up on Ho’oponopono for those interested in knowing more. What Is Ho'oponopono? | The Hawaiian Healing Technique https://peakd.com/hive-120078/@namok/what-is-hooponopono-or-the-hawaiian-healing-technique Have fun reading and practicing. Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow. Namaste. 😊 **-----------******--------------** Did You Know? Okay, this is one of the unexpected records but interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is. Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds. Have a look at the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5c9ddeE4O0g The question is - can we go up 100 stairs in 53.6 seconds? Forget about the load on the head. 😊 -----------******-------------- **Image Courtesy:** Geralt @Pixabay | -----------******-------------- Some Useful Sites to Give You More **Some of the good crypto-writing-earning sites:** Publish0x: Earn ETH https://www.publish0x.com/?a=lNbW6vZxay ---------------------- **Some crypto-faucets and jewelry earners:** Horizen: Earn ZEN || Mene: Earn $5 on signup || Earn Litecoin || Earn Bitcoin || Pipeflare: Earn ZEC, FLR, MATIC https://getzen.cash/auth/register?ref=358584 http://mene.com/invite/2pOlvg https://free-litecoin.com/login?referer=1542795 https://freebitco.in/?r=42141023 https://pipeflare.io/r/a3z6 ---------------------- **Few Gaming-cum-earning sites** Splinterlands || NFTPanda https://splinterlands.com/?ref=oivas https://game.nftpanda.space/?kcvqw.wam ----------------------
