Splinterlands tips for newbies. 👌 The rental market is your friend but pick wisely. Rent one day at a time. Get your quest first and see which are the best cards to win it. If its fire pick the best fire and neutral at a suitable level. Don't go higher than you can play as it is a waste. Don't get too many cards as most can be won with less that 20 mana of good monsters. Strategy beats quantity. #Splinterlands

Splinterlands tips for noobs: It's always easier to attack the side or back of a team as the majority of players have their strongest card up front and probably a healer set to keep it alive. If you can put a couple of sneak monsters together with a strong melee attack it's often easy to take out their end monsters fast and get the advantage. #Splinterlands

Try to get to the next tier before you open it as you will get the rewards for the tier you are in when you open it and not the tier that you are in when you win it. Splinterlands tips for newbies. There is very little defense against magic in the lower leagues. If you combine alfric the summoner with turtle as your tank. Furious mermaid and medusa as weapons and crustacean as a healer you have a very powerful team for 21 mana. After that you can fill the gaps for higher or lower mana battles. #Splinterlands
I have my payouts set at $5 and straight to nexo from noise. That's why I love to get this notification so much as it is another $5 that is joining the compounding machine. In a few years these will all be full BCH instead of fractions.
Splinterlands tips for noobies. Rental prices shoot up on the last couple of days in the season as players try to accumulate more power to get to higher ranks. Especially gold as the add a lot of power to your account. Try to have yours set up in advance and check near the end that the rental hasn't been cancelled so that you don't get caught out.
Checked my nexo account for the first time since setting it up. Happy to say that my BCH wallet is up to 0.287 BCH. A good start but I won't be happy until i hit that 1BCH club. As they say, some good work done, but lots more to do.

Does anyone know why Tezos is holding up so well against the market?? I have a small bag from a while back and wonder is there a reason to hold or should i sell some against the speculation. Rental market has gone absolutely crazy with the new reward cards dropping this week. Everybody is mad to get as high as possible and get there hands on even more splinterlands cards. This can't be sustainable in the long run but nice while it lasts and a great chance to bank credits before chaos legion drops next month. #Splinterlands

Does it really matter how the markets are moving when you are an active crypto user? I see how quiet it is here today and always find it surprising how fast people get demotivated on a downturn. This is a time to get excited and look for new opportunities that are not always there in a green market. Just my opinion but today could be a good day.
