Trivia: Flores de Mayo Flores de Mayo (Spanish for "flowers of May") is a festival held in the Philippines in the month of May. It is one of the May devotions to the Blessed Virgin Mary. This photo was taken 2yrs ago, my children during the Flores de Mayo Parade. Next month is the time of other Festivals here in the Philippines. And Flores de Mayo is one of the missed activities here with us now since this Pandemic started. To a mother like me, when your children participate in this kind of occasion, it is very fun and you're very proud because you also seem to share their beauty with everyone. 🙂
