Earlier while walking on the overpass, I was spotted by the police for the first time because I was using my phone while walking 🙈 I was meeting up with someone a buyer of my daughter's preloved shoes and I just now encountered this law they are enforcing with us. , the "Anti-Distracted Walking Ordinance" or the No Cellphone While Walking. The police just told me and the others who were holding phones, that it is not allowed to use cell phones while walking if we don't want to be ticketed P1,000 php 🙈 We are only allowed to use phone if it's an emergency..anyway not bad, this city ordinance is better for the safety of the people, to avoid accidents and snatchers, hehe.
