5 Things to remember as the summer season begins

Yesterday, while scrolling through my Twitter feed, I came across a tweet from Inquirer.net stating that the amihan season had ended in the Philippines, and that pagasa had declared the start of the dry season in the country. We can expect hot weather and a sudden thunderstorm in the afternoon as a result of this.

But whats new this year is that we can spend the summer differently than the previous two years because the government has minimized the covid 19 protocol in various parts of the country,  Even if your entire focus is on planning vacations, it's still important to remember health and safety. Having said that, here are the five things to keep in mind when planning a trip to a different tourist attraction:

DRINK WATER

With the hot weather on the way, we must remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Drink plenty of water to avoid becoming dehydrated, as our bodies require water to function properly. I recommend getting a tumblr so you can take it with you wherever you go, or at the very least keeping bottled water nearby.

BRING YOUR UMBRELLA WITH YOU

Sunlight has a significant impact on our skin. We must remember to bring an umbrella wherever we go in order to avoid having unhealthy skin. We should expect also a sudden thunderstorm due to the hot weather so we really need to bring an umbrella, although some people find it inconvenient to bring.

APPLY SUNSCREEN

Some people may not think it's necessary to use sunscreen, but I strongly advise everyone to do so. To be honest, I was not previously a fan of sunscreen, but after watching a video on tiktok about it and its benefits, I began to use it as well. Even when we are at home, we should use sunscreen because the radiation from screens such as phones, laptops, and televisions can harm our skin.

STILL PRACTICE HEALTHY PROTOCOLS

Despite the fact that the country's covid 19 pandemic protocols have been reduced, we should still wear face masks and carry alcohol or hand sanitizer. We must always, always protect our health in order to have an amazing summer experience.

TAKE YOUR TIME AND ENJOY THE TRIP

After two years of being stranded at home due to the covid 19 pandemic, it's time to bring back the joy and exciting feeling during summer season. After all that has happened and continues to happen in the world, we all deserve it.

The season of summer is a season of beaches, watermelons, sunglasses, long days, colourful clothing and lots of fun. The word summer radiates positive energy and warmth. During the heat period one has to shower at least twice a day. We should always take water in other to avoid dehydration. I love taking water even with out food.i love your write up keep it up

Thank you for this Nathan. Yes Nathan we should drink water to avoid dehydration. It's better if we are advance. We should be hydrated always then we should always bring umbrella, too much heat is not good for us. It's not good for our health.
