"HEALTH IS WEALTH" this phrase has been used over a period of time but it is really true. Being healthy means you do not need to see doctor almost everytime than a sick person does. A sick person's has alloted some of his / her money for medication, for him / her to buy medicines. If you are a healthy person, you do not have burdens a alot money to buy medicines and instead of buying medicines, you can buy something else out of that money or best way is to add them on your savings. So for you to be able to save more, here are some tips to become healthy.

How to stay healthy?

1. Exercise regularly

Having a regular exercise boost endurance and impoves the strength of your muscle. It helps a person work more efficiently and have more energy to move when the heart and lung health conditions will improve.

Benefits of having an exercise for at least 30 minutes per day

Helps control weight
Improves memory
Blood flows consistently since it helps to reduce heart diseases
Reduce stress, anxiety and deppression since it improves your menthal health and mood
Boosts energy
Increase productivity
Helps you quit smoking
Help keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age. Since it improves memory and brain functions.
Having a healthy sleep

Is it okay to exercise everyday?

Yes, it is okay to have an exercise everyday as long as you can feel that your body can do it. If you are just pushing yourself to do so, then it is not good for your body. Just have an exercise because you want to and just do not be too harsh on yourself.

2. Have a balance diet

A balanced diet consists carbohydrates, protein, fibre, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and water.

Having a balanced diet helps the body work efficiently and effectively. If a person does not apply balanced diet, his / her body is more prone to be sick and cause him / her not to function well. It may also affect the academic perfomance of a child who does not practice balanced diet.

Examples of food that is rich in protein

poultry, such as chicken and turkey.
red meat, such as beef and lamb.
fish, such as salmon and tuna.
dairy, such as milk and yogurt.
legumes, such as beans and lentils.
eggs.

Examples of carbohydrates

- sugar (fructose, sucrose, lactose, glucose)
- fiber
- starches

3. Avoid vices like smoking / drinking alcohols

Smoking may damage airways and air sacs of the lungs and it may lead to breathing difficulties. It can also raise cholesterol levels and blood pressures and increase risk of intertility because when a person smokes, he / she inhales various of chemicals and may cause injury to the cells.

Drinking may threaten a person's health but smoking can be worse. A person may drink moderately but always remember that, "everything that is too much can be harmful"

4. Drink 8 glasses of water daily / Stay hydrated

A body is composed of about 60% of water. The functions of these fluids include digestion, circulation, absorption, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature.

- carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells.
- flushing bacteria from your bladder.
- aiding digestion.
- preventing constipation.

*Drink one glass of water upon waking up in the morning.

*Drink one glass of water 30 minutes before every meal for digestion

*Drink glass of water not right after you finish your meal but wait for atleast one hour

*Drink water before going to sleep

5. Have at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep everynight

Having a good sleep improves immunity. If a person often get colds, having at least 8 hours of sleep every night may lower the chances to catch colds.

6. Avoid eating junk foods

Eating junk foods destroys a balanced diet. Too much eating junk food may lead to obesity, heart disease, stroke etc. It is okay to eat junk food once in a while but not too much. After eating junk food, make sure to drink lots of water since junk food contains lots of salt that may damage the kidney.

7. Avoid drinking soft drinks

Soft drinks contains high amounts of sugar and can have various adverse impacts to a person's health.

Soda is not good on a person's health because it contains lots of sugar and may lead to diabetis. It is also okay to drink soft drinks once in a while but too much intake may threaten a person's health, after drinking soft drinks, make sure also to drink water to somehow neutralize the sugar and acid a softdrinks may have.

*Health is considered most valuable and precious for every individual. Having a good health means being physically, mentally and socially fit and with the absence of diseases.

Thank you dear for useful advices.As you wrote "Health is Wealth".But,some people do not understand this.They are consciously destroying their health.I have cronic disease from my 4 years old.And,I am doing almost everything you written here.So,my disease is not getting worse.
