That is actually very good for the game because if the DEC goes over PEG, it will pull SPS along

    First of all the brawls will get SPS rewards. This means that most guilds are improving their buildings. This costs DEC... a lot of DEC. Then it seems that the proposals for removal of DEC rewards for LP is going through. This will decrease supply increase of DEC considerably. All in all, DEC should become more intersting to hold.

And I just keep stacking any DEC that I get. Continuing to stack as much as I can before all of the prices start creeping up again.
