Hello friends. Today I would like to give you a recipe where those who hear its name are afraid and take two steps back. I'm talking about ravioli that takes hours to make but takes 5 minutes to eat. Everything has an easy one. Thankfully, we found the easy ravioli. Don't be left without trying.

Materials:

For dough,
5 glasses of flour
2 eggs
1.5 cups of water

For internal mortar,
100 g minced meat
1 grated onion
enough salt
black pepper*black pepper

For sauce,
yoghurt
garlic
butter
ground pepper

In the beginning, I covered it in a small piece of cloth, but when I didn't feel the pain in my back, I switched to the same taste but easier, saying health :)

Recipe

Let's put the coarse flour, let's open a pool in the middle and break the egg. Let's add water slowly and get a hard dough. Then let's prepare the stuffing. Let's mix the ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and ground pepper in a bowl. Divide the dough into four parts, open it not too thin. Let's open it and make sure it is the same size as the first one. Then let's cover the second dough on the dough on which we put the tiny mortar. Let's press it between the mortars with our fingers. Then let's cut it with the help of a knife or roulette. It will be clearer from the pictures.

f you press it well with your fingers, it never hurts when cut. Let's create as small squares as possible. The dough gets a little bigger when it's cooked.
Let's move on to the sauce. Let's put the butter in the pan and heat it a little and put ground pepper on it. First, let's put our butter sauce on the ravioli and garlic yogurt on the plate. Enjoy it. I hope you like it and try it.
