To those who love me...... thank you... For making me feel appreciated, I'm grateful. I appreciate anything you do to show me love. Every time you give me consideration, I feel so special. You helped me feel as like my sentiments are always legitimate, so I don't always have to suppress all of my suffering. I appreciate you reminding me time and time again that I am deserving and sufficient. I would never have learned to value myself as much as I do without you. I'm slowly coming to understand and accept myself because of you. I now know that I am deserving of respect because of you. I don't deserve all the heartache I've gotten from the wrong people, and I deserve to be taken care of. I used to loathe myself, but thanks to you.
